Tele Therapy

We offer online delivery of mental health services via high-resolution, live video conferencing, using Jane App video. Teletherapy sessions are very similar to traditional therapy sessions with one major exception. Instead of sitting in the same room, individuals and therapists interact via live video conferencing. Our therapists play a crucial role in your relationship journey. They provide support, guidance, and feedback. Their objective perspective can offer new insights into your issues. They also equip you with tools and techniques to improve your relationship.

The reason why many people end up feeling “stuck” even while going to therapy is that most therapy modalities only deal with the conscious mind. The conscious cannot out will or overpower the subconscious for any extended amount of time, thus despite our best efforts we often fall into old patterns of thinking or repeat behaviors that don’t serve us. Our conscious thoughts are those that are intentional, logical and we are able to analyze. The mind is also highly dependent on the subconscious.
