Tele Therapy

We offer online delivery of mental health services via high-resolution, live video conferencing, using Jane App video. Teletherapy sessions are very similar to traditional therapy sessions with one major exception. Instead of sitting in the same room, individuals and therapists interact via live video conferencing. Our therapists play a crucial role in your relationship journey. They provide support, guidance, and feedback. Their objective perspective can offer new insights into your issues. They also equip you with tools and techniques to improve your relationship.

What to expect during therapy sessions?

Individual therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly. The initial session involves getting acquainted with your therapist, and discussing your concerns and goals for therapy. Subsequent sessions delve deeper into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with. The therapist will guide the conversation, asking questions to gain a deeper understanding of your situation.
